Final Transnational Meeting in Naples

On December 12-13, 2024, the MARMED Project held its Final Transnational Meeting in Naples at the Cluster BIG – Blue Italian Growth premises. This important event marked the end of a major initiative designed to advance and transform Maritime Clusters across Europe and beyond.

The meeting included engaging presentations and discussions on the project’s key outcomes, with a focus on capacity building, dissemination efforts, and synergies with projects like EMFAF’s CALLMEBLUE – Cluster Alliance Med Blue. The project partners led open discussions, fostering collaboration and laying the foundation for the lasting impact of MARMED.

Throughout its course, MARMED has significantly contributed to strengthening the skills of Maritime Cluster Managers, empowering them to address the evolving challenges of the maritime industry. The initiative has helped transform clusters into open, collaborative, and innovation-driven ecosystems aligned with sustainable development goals, ensuring these managers remain key drivers of change.
