𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐄𝐃 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐭 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦

The 11th October 2023, MARMED Project has been presented by Cluster BIG – Blue Italian Growth in the frame of the panel “𝑺𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒇𝒆𝒆𝒅 𝒋𝒐𝒃𝒔” – organized by OGS – at the Blue Planet Economy Expoforum. 
 
Indeed, MARMED aims at bridging the gap between the existing needs and the current skillset of Maritime Cluster Managers. The project is dedicated to re-skilling and up-skilling professionals, creating an innovative profile to enhance the competitiveness of the Maritime Cluster in the Mediterranean Area. Ultimately, it seeks to drive innovation and sustainable growth in the Blue Economy sector.
 
The main focus of the Blue Planet Economy Expoforum was the 𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆  𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒂𝒏 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐𝒏: sustainable development, regeneration, and youth experience for a Blue Future. In particular, the panel “Skills to feed jobs” involved main stakeholders of private and public institutions and focused on how to promote the 𝒏𝒆𝒙𝒕 𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒃𝒍𝒖𝒆 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒂𝒏 𝒓𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒐𝒏.
 
As MARMED Consortium, we strongly believe that we could not find a more appropriate frame to present our project!
